How to get there

When you arrive on Thursday, proceed to the conference center foyer (doors to the right when you enter the parking lot, not the main hotel lobby). A single Advisor for each Chapter needs to check in with Convention Staff during registration from 12-1pm. Belongings may be placed in the Hang Out Room until rooms are available.
Housing
The Premium Two Queen Beds Suite features two Stay Comfortable plush pillow top Queen size beds with either a patio or balcony. Amenities include free wireless Internet access, work desk and chair, alarm clock/radio, refrigerator, microwave, iron with board, hairdryer and flat panel television.
The following restrictions apply to all rooms:
Room occupants must be of the same gender.
Youth attendees under the age of 21 cannot be in the same room as adults 21 years or older.
Youth attendees must be within a three-year age difference (e.g., 12-14) at the time of Convention.
The cost of your registration may be adjusted based on the actual number of occupants assigned to your room. We strongly encourage you to indicate preferred roommates which meet our housing requirements to prevent any changes in your cost to attend. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but please keep in mind that room assignments are made at the sole discretion of Convention staff.
