How to get there
Red Lion Hoel Pasco, 2525 N 20th Ave, Pasco, WA 99301
From I-182/US-12, take the N 20th Ave exit toward Columbia Basin College. Drive north on N 20th Ave and the hotel is immediately on the right.
When you arrive
#1 Leave belongings in your vehicle or place non-valuable essentials in Bronze. Rooms will not be available. Keep your belongings together by Chapter.
#2 Proceed to the Convention Foyer to the right when you enter the hotel parking lot. Do not go to the hotel front desk.
Packlist List
- Deodorant (please and thank you)
- Toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss
- Razor and shaving cream
- Comb or brush
- Body wash and shampoo/conditioner
- Medications (give to your Advisor)
- Your special pillow or blanket, and sleeping bag if uncomfortable sharing a bed
- Ritual book
- Homework, notebook, and pen
- Clothing (see Dress Code):
- Tuxedo or dark suit with dress jacket
- Dress shirts (iron in room) and ties (multiple of each)
- Collared button-up shirts, sweaters, polos, DeMolay t-shirts, and white undershirts (multiple of each)
- Dark solid-color dress slacks and khakis
- Very nice jeans, casual pants, appropriate casual shorts, and swim trunks (joggers and athletic shorts for room use only)
- Leather dress belt and dress suspenders
- Dress shoes, casual shoes, and flip-flops (for pool)
- Dark dress socks and athletic socks for all activity dress codes (multiple of each)
- Underwear and pajamas
- Swim trunks and shirt to be worn to pool
- Rain jacket
DO NOT bring alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapes, marijuana of any form, illegal substances or other contraband.
DO NOT bring weapons of any kind, including pocket-knives of any size.
DO NOT bring valuables or expensive items – you are responsible for any damage or loss.
Check-In and Orientation
Individually check in with Convention staff between 12pm-1pm in the Convention Foyer.
- Any balance due must be paid in full.
- All youth attendees under the age of 21 at the time of arrival must have a completed Parent Consent and Medical Release Form specific to this event.
- Advisors interested in serving as security or a ritual judge will have an opportunity to sign up upon check-in.
Every attendee must attend an orientation meeting at 1pm.
- First-Timers: those who have never been to our Convention before get a crash-course in what to expect. We ask that one Advisor from each Chapter accompany their first-timers to this meeting.
- Returners: reconnect with other returning attendees and get a refresher on the rules.
- All-Advisors: review rules and expectations and answer any of your questions.
