Great Wolf Lodge
The Great Wolf resort offers spacious suites, an indoor water park and video arcade, and adjoining 20k sqft. conference center, which Washington DeMolay transforms into a State Chapter Room complete with breakout session rooms, dining areas, and a Convention Office.
How to get there
Great Wolf Lodge is along I-5 at exit 88 (US Hwy 12) about an hour and a half drive south from Seattle and north from Portland.

When you arrive on Thursday, proceed to the conference center at the North side of the resort. A single Advisor for each Chapter needs to check in with Convention Staff during registration from 12:00 – 12:30pm. Belongings may be placed in the Hang Out Room until rooms are available.
Housing
The standard suite sleeps up to six occupants with two queen beds and a full-size sofa sleeper. Each room has a TV, microwave, and mini fridge. The cost of your room is included in your ticket price. You choose how many people you want to room with!
The following restrictions apply to all rooms:
Room occupants must be of the same gender.
Youth attendees under the age of 21 cannot be in the same room as adults 21 years or older.
Youth attendees must be within a three-year age difference (e.g., 12-14) at the time of Convention.
The cost of your registration may be adjusted based on the actual number of occupants assigned to your room. We strongly encourage you to indicate preferred roommates which meet our housing requirements to prevent any changes in your cost to attend. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but please keep in mind that room assignments are made at the sole discretion of Convention staff.
Meals
Full-time attendees are provided meals beginning with dinner on Thursday evening through the formal Grand Banquet dinner on Saturday evening. To reduce the overall cost of registration, some meals are in the form of a meal voucher to be used at one of these participating locations. These meals must be eaten off site to comply with hotel regulations.
Advisors must accompany youth attendees when traveling off-site. Old Highway 99 SW does not have a sidewalk; a vehicle must be used to travel to these locations (other than Burger Claim located within the same parking lot).

Business Sessions
This Washington DeMolay annual general session spans three days, kicking off with a formal opening session and ending with the installation of newly elected State Officers.
Grand Opening
The formal opening session kicks off Convention with world-class ritual work by your State Chapter and nominations of State Officer candidates for the ensuing term. Out-of-state DeMolays and Masonic dignitaries are invited to join us and share in the excitement of the evening.
Candidate Caucus
Learn more about the nominated candidates for state office. Voting Delegates may ask them questions to get to know them better and discover how they plan on serving this great jurisdiction.
Initiation
The road to fun, leadership, and so much more begins for new brothers we welcome into the Order. Parents are encouraged to attend and are welcome to join us for an informal orientation session before the initiation.
DeMolay Degree

Elections
Each Active DeMolay of Washington DeMolay who has obtained his proficiency card and is registered full-time at Convention (a Voting Delegate) is entitled to cast one vote for the candidate they want to serve as their next State Officer.
Installation
Elected State Officers take office as they are installed before their brethren at Convention's formal Installation of Officers.

Music experience
Embracing this year’s theme, enjoy live music and feel like a rock star with karaoke at a level you’ve never seen before! And don’t forget to check out the immersive green room and act like a roadie with 30 hours of streaming music videos.
Casino night
Gamble the night away and win some sweet prizes! Enjoy a variety of games for players of all experience levels, with favorites like blackjack, poker, and roulette. And back by popular demand – horse races! (No animals were harmed in the making of this event)
