Convention Check-Out
- The Chapter Advisor must individually inspect every youth room (even if the room is shared with another Chapter) to confirm there is no damage, nothing is missing from the hotel room (furniture, fixtures, remote controls), that the safe is empty, and that their members have all their belongings.
- Once all rooms have been inspected, the Chapter Advisor must check out with Convention Staff in the Convention Foyer (not the hotel front desk) and report which rooms were inspected.
- Other Advisors and adult guests may individually check out with Convention Staff in the Convention Foyer.
